#LaConquista is a experimental theatre performance co-directed by María Jose Contreras and Trinidad Piriz featured in the Teatro Hoy series presented by the Fundación Teatro a Mil and took place at GAM.

In #LaConquista, a group of twelve young people, aged between 10 and 16, incorporates technology into their on-stage performance while delving into a series of inquiries about its impact on their lives. The production raises questions about how teenagers navigate the technological world and explores the repercussions on various aspects such as the personal relationships, perception of their bodies and their overall cosmology. What is set up as an voyeuristic exercise of the audience watching these young performers transforms into an engaging experience were the audience is disposed to listen to the youth.
