Habeas Corpus was the first memory action that was carried out in the Court Courts of Santiago since the so-called return to democracy.

The performance summons the Chilean Justice for its active role in the dictatorship. The performance title recalls the more than 10,000 amparo resources that were presented during the dictatorship and were never received.

At the end of the performance, thousands of ping pong balls fall from the second weight of the monumental building, which are bouncing and resonating in courts, such as the thousands and thousands of habeas corpus that were never received.
